The vehicle idle speed too fast

try cleaning throttle plate on both sides and iac hole with choke cleaner then check for a vacuum leak. if it continues scan for codes

As HMAC says, clean those parts, also check for any vacuum leaks as those will also cause a high idle. A stuck or failed IAC (common on some Toyota engines) will also cause this. They are not hard to clean but they can be difficult to remove depending on which engine you have.
