After replacing plugs. Egr Valve. Wires. Coil. Coolant sensor. Throttle body sensor. Map Sensor/idle sensor. Sensor out manifold didn't make difference put back in. Same. What Is making run rough. Took egr valve back off and condensation in it. Not antifreeze. Just. Water. Ran compression check all cyl around 140 psi. Plugs feel look sooty and sticky.3 different sets. Tack Drops from 12 to 6 suddenly. Gas Treatment no difference. Will Get smoothed out then drive a mile and runs rough again.

140psi compression is low for that engine usually want to see 175psi and up but most likely you have a vacuum leak. Those 2000-2002 saturn single cam engines on the s models leak vacuum on the intake manifold. The factory when they built those engine wrinkled the intake manifold gasket around the number one cylinder port. Thats the far side passenger side cylinder if you look you can actually see it wrinkled. At idle spray some carb spray around there the engine will stumble or die.I have replaced tons of them on that car. Let me know you find.
