Idle problems

i do have a Toyota Allion 2002 model whilst the car stops on traffic lights but sometimes not all the times and it idles on 800 rpm normaly i am not very sure then suddenly i notice a weird vibration plus i notice that the revolutions drop like 600 rmp . do you know why ? is their a solution or is it all in my mind ?is their something faulty ?

try cleaning the throttle plate and iac hole with choke cleaner clean on both sides see if that helps. if not check fuel pressure

in the u.s. here you can go to an auto parts and rent the gauge if you are in uk I have no idea other than a pro do it for you.try cleaning throttle plate first though
