Are there any trouble codes?
Erratic idling is due to a fault with the idle control and cleaning the IAC and throttle body should help to stabilise the idling.

Check the MAP sensor vacuum line first. It can cause problems with erratic idling and the O2 sensor codes. The other code is the lockup clutch solenoid for the transmission. It could be faulty or the wiring circuit has a fault.
