Idle is off and there is no pickup when I push the gas down

It's an h22-a1 Jdm crate engine and it's running rich in gas but no check engine light comes on it used to be super fast but now it's a slow car and the horsepower has gone somewhere else

I would remove the EGR valve to see if i is stuck open here is a video to help you test it and the location of the valve in the images below.
