Idle high?

Idles high the only way to slow it down is the clutch it. Will slow down on its own but takes a while checked cable, but it is fine anybody have any thought.

It sounds like the idle air control valve has stopped working, here is the location of the valve so you can swap it out and a guide that can help as well:
