Idle control valve location

There are three different sensors in general area on this 2.8 v 6. I need to have a picture of where the idle control valve is and what it looks like. Car revs once started and does not kick down until you shut it off and restart. any other suggestions?

try cleaning throttle plate on both sides with choke cleaner and vacuum lead to PCV like to break above throttle body as it is plastic. arrow in picture points to location. Check out the images (below). Let us know if you need anything else.
