Intermittent rough idle and acceleration

Vehicle runs fine for a while then doesn't. Idles fine for a while then doesn't. Spark plugs, oil and filter, air and fuel filter, fuel pump and regulator, TPS and IAC all have been replaced or I rebuilt. No vacuum leaks, MAP sensor works fine, throttle body cleaned, PCV and lines replaced. I'm stumped at the moment. Any ideas?

Welcome to 2CarPros.

That's a tough one. Does the rough idle and acceleration issues seem to happen only when the engine is warm? Have you checked the ECT signal and the CKP?

Let me know. Also, if you can, throw a scanner on it and see what is happening with the short term fuel trims when it starts running like bad.
