Rough idle

Hi Guys,
I recently did a tune up on the car listed above. I changed the spark plugs gap 32, distributor cap, wires and rotor. I changed PCV as well.
Before this tune up the car had a rough start but now it starts right away, but has a rough idle.
can you please help?

Hello,

I would recheck the spark plugs it sound like one might be cracked, if the plugs are okay I would do a compression test. here is a guide to see if you have a low cylinder.
