Identifying a part in 1994 Ford Tempo

I am trying to replace my water pump in my 94 Ford Tempo and one of the steps of some information I read, said that I need to loosen my water pump idler pulley before I try to remove the belt from the water pump; so I need to know which pulley is the idler pulley.

arrow points to idler pulley. Belt and tensioner should be replaced as well.
