Identify part?

Hello,

While doing my monthly maintenance, I noticed that this part might be missing the cover. Problem, I don’t know what this part is! Larger pic is for reference I’d where it’s located. Smaller is the actual part.

Hi,

I attached a pic below. Do you see the harness you are questioning? It's hard to determine the connector without knowing what it goes to.

Update: My mother-in-law just stopped for a minute with the same vehicle. That is the same as what is in her vehicle, and it appears to be going to the totally integrated power module (TIPM). Her van only has 30K on it and is in perfect condition. If there was another cover for that, it would still be on hers. LOL
