Car won't rev over 2,000 RPMs under load, had the distributor come loose, tried to reset it but no good. Have tappet cover off and want to know where the timing mark on the camshaft should be when the crank is at TDC.

Hello,

In the US Mazda produced the B2500 in 2001 with the 2.5L engine, it did not offer the 2.6L.
We only have access to the models that were produced for the US market.

I have attached the timing mark for the 2.5L. It may or may not be the same as the 2.6L.

Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thank you.
