IAC setting move now engine idle is fluctuating

Accidentally moved setting of IAC while cleaning it, idles low then high

Good morning,

It is self-adjusting, and you cannot adjust it.

Also, there is no cleaning as the areas that stick you cannot access. The only repair is to replace it with a new one.
