My car listed above petrol TPS signal wire has.30 volt and other wire is 5 volt. However, my idle rpm is very low 600 rpm as against the normal 850 rpm.

Will adjusting to.45 volt brings the rpm to 850? I have cleaned TB unit, air filter, sparks plug etc, etc. But still low rpm 600 to 650. I want to bring up to at least 800 rpm.

Hello, no you never want to mess with the TPS adjustments unless you are changing the sensor due to failure. The.3 voltage signal is the signal wire going to the ECM, the 5 volt wire is the reference voltage and the third wire is the sensor ground. If you have a low rpm it is due to a different problem.

Have you had the car scanned for diagnostic trouble codes? A low rpm is due to cylinder(s) not contributing to overall vehicle power. Have you checked to see what the spark plugs look like? Take a picture and post it here for us if you can.
