Engine shuts off

It some times does not choke.
It some times shuts off when rolling.
Some times i need to hold throttle a tinny bit and let rpm get up quit a bit and slide clutch slowly for it to start rolling (if i try pressing more it shuts off)..
And some time rolling if i press throttle too much it bogs.

But some other time (rarely) it is fine an runs smooth and nice power.
And are some ty raps on the little hose and some hose don't have clips to tighten them?
