No spark new coil ignition still no spark and draining my battery, why?

I was messing with the coil wire and then the truck shut off and lost spark and hasn't run since I changed the oil ignition nothing, why?

Hi,

Which wire on the coil were you moving around before it happened? Also, if the battery is draining, then we have to have a draw. Likely, it is from the wiring to the coil but that is to be determined.

First, let's confirm the coil is getting power. The fuse that sends power to the coil is the ECM 1 fuse in the under-hood fuse box. I need you to check that fuse and check to make sure there is power to and from it. See pic 1 below. Also, here is a link you may find helpful.

If that checks good, confirm there is power to the pink wire at the coil connector. If there is, I suspect the ignition control module may have failed.
