Activate feature where the engine automatically turns off when I stop at traffic lights

I want to turn on the feature where the engine automatically turns off when I stop at traffic lights please.

I cannot find anything that says that the auto start/stop feature is available on that vehicle. If the vehicle does not have the option available there really is no way to add it.
