I want to know what size serpentine belt I can get to bypass the AC compressor.

With the belt layout the 3.5 has the only way to bypass that compressor would be with a bypass pulley. A shorter belt will not work because there is not a clear path for it without the AC pulley to make the corner. Why do you wish to remove the AC? Bad clutch or bad compressor? The bypass pulley runs about $40.00 and a replacement idler bearing for the clutch is about $25.00. If the rest of the system is okay repairing it might be a cheaper way to go.
