Engine over heating

I recently changed a hose that was connected to I am thinking the motor, but my car still is overheating and I keep putting water so it will not overheat. I think water got in the motor but I do not know how.

You could have a blown head gasket. Here are two guides we should start with to get you going in the right direction:
