I just put in outer tie rods and my wheels squeal and it don't turn very good. What did I do wrong? I was told it needs alignment is this true? I don't know what else to write on here but it wont send my request without 200 characters. Im a woman trying my hardest to get answers, I have already been ripped off by so many mechanics I don't know what the heck to do. What did I do wrong why are the tires squealing and why doesn't it turn correctly. If you can please help me I need my van to support my children I have to go to work.

You need a alignment anytime you replace tie rods etc a alignment needs to be done. The wheels arent even with each other and probably not straight when the steering wheel is straight. So the two wheels are fighting each other when your going down the road. So of course there squealing.
