Normally you see that error (Steering Angle Sensor Internal Circuit) when the steering angle sensor is defective or it isn't getting power, it is part of the spiral cable assembly. If you also had a yaw sensor or speed sensor code then I would look there first, but with only the C1433 they are not involved. I would check at the connector end for the 2 power (pins 5and6) and single ground (pin2) in the cable. If they are there and operational the cable is defective or damaged. The fuses that power the assembly are OK as they also power multiple items including the lights and ECU that are working. Was the replacement part a new factory part? If yes you might get the dealer to replace it if you can demonstrate its defective.

I bought the spiral cable from clock spring experts, the first one I received was defective the second one came today and it fixed the airbag light and steering wheel controls, the anti-skid light and steering wheel with the exclamation mark are lit but air bag light went off and horn now works too so not sure if the defective spiral cable may have bricked the angle sensor.

Never heard of them really. However, it sounds like they are selling other than OE parts. Sounds like the sensor is bad but test the voltage and ground first. Then go from there.
The OE part number looks like Toyota 8430730090.
