How to replace the rear main crankshaft seal?

Is there a step by step guide to R&R the rear main seal on the vehicle listed above?

Yep, you will need to start by raising the car in the air safely on jack stands because the transmission will need to be removed. Then I would drain the coolant and disconnect the battery, you will need some specialty tools and equipment which I have included.
