I put about a cup of Anifreeze wher you are suppose to put Motor Oil will this harm the engine?

approximately one cup of Antifreeze in where you put Motor Oil in by mistake will this be a problem?

Yes, that is a big problem. Do not run the engine. Drain the oil and refill it with clean oil. If the engine has been run at all, replace the filter also.
