i need to remove the rear inner "door"(actually no door) panel and rear seat, and have no idea where to start

this is a 2-door car, so there is no actual door, but i need to remove the inner panel, and most prbobably the rear seat to access the panel

push the bottom of seat down and then back and up it should come out. but look for bolts at the bottom in front near floor. then the op part of seat will have bolts to remove then you can remove panels.
