Where is the TCM located?

Hello,
The transmission control module (TCM) is located on the left rear of the engine compartment. I have attached the diagram below for your reference. Please note that the replacement TCM will need to be programmed to the vehicle in order to function properly. This will require a scan tool. I have attached the programming procedure below as well.
