I need to know what electrical relay or fuse would prevent the compressor from engaging

I know the compressor is good the ac just went out tthe comprerssor isnt engaging but its not locked,
ive disconnected and reconeected the battery ive looked at everything, I the diagnist said it wasnt a compressor problem just a relay pr fuse issue. Very frustrated

Run power directly to the compressor to see if the clutch locks. If it doesn't you may need to replace it. Also, make sure it is fully charged. Low freon will prevent the compressor from locking in.

How do I check if freon is lo? And also I'm the singer of a rock band called tantric nowhere so I have bare minimum tools.

I am so sorry I never got back to you. It didn't show up in my email till now. Have you gotten the problem fixed? As far as the freon, you need to check pressure in the system. You need special tools to do it.
Glad you're in a band. I have been since I was 12. Lol
