intake manifold torque specs and tightening sequence

I have replaced knock sensors and valve cover gaskets on my car and now put back together. I need the torque specs and tightening sequence for proper re installation. Also, not sure on use of torque wrench with these.Could you also include intake manifold, plenum, and throttle body torque specs as well?
