error code when attempting to input radio code for new key reprogramming

I lost my key so when i reprogram the new key i input my radio code and is showing me error, so i do not really know what the problem is. I need the radio code with this chassis number 2HNYD1893411511729.

You can get this code from a dealer, often you just need to provide that VIN but some times they may ask for proof of ownership, just so they know it's not stolen.

you will have to call a dealer and give them the VIN we do not have access to security codes, this is normally dealer only.
