After replacing turbo car will not stay running along with no fuel pressure

I changed my turbo brand new. after I change my turbo my car will start 2 seconds then shut off. I notice my gas pedal is all the way to the floor, no fuel pressure. my throttle body isn’t working. I’m assuming because my gas pedal isn’t. I check my ETC fuse it’s good. maybe the sensor, do not know. need help.

In the diagrams down below I have included the diagnostic troubleshooting guide for the throttle body from the vehicle manufacturer for your vehicle. Please go through this guide and get back to us with what you are able to find out. You will need to use a Digital Multi-meter [DMM] to go through this guide, so here is a link below explaining how to use on, if needed:
