Turn single bulb replacement

I would like to know how to change a turn single bulb on my car without having to take the hole bumper off.

Unfortunately, this is what is required in order to remove it because you don't have enough room to remove the bulb without removing the assembly. So to remove the assembly you need to remove the front bumper.

I attached the process from the manual to help out with this.
