It was grinding and hard to shift. when shifting to first for about six months prior to losing the gears. Then about two weeks prior to it tearing up, First was fine, but it started grinding in second and then a loud pop. No first second or reverse. Still have third fourth and fifth. I am thinking maybe linkage?
