I did not know it was a salvage title, I am in Minnesota. The car dealer never told me that information before or after I bought it. Can I sue?

You will have to check the laws in your state, but most states require disclosure of issues like that before the sale. You probably have grounds to return the car.

Also, the car had a toggle switch underneath the dash, I could not figure out way the air conditioner/heater would not work. Come to find out that switch powered the climate control or blower.

That is not a legal issue but the title likely is.
