Your mode actuator may be the problem try pulling HVAC fuse inside car for sixty seconds with key on. Then reinstall it may reset it otherwise check to see if it gets power or not. It may be bad.

And I have a problem with window motor on the right side theirs power going to it all the it wont go down.

The actuator shown in the earlier response is known for failing, you can unplug it and check for power at the plug when defrost is commanded.
