There is heat blowing from the midway vents but no heat to front defrost or lower feet vents?

That is an interesting one. When you switch to defrost or the floor, does the airflow direction change accordingly?

I ask because there is a mode door actuator that is responsible for airflow direction and a blend air door actuator that is responsible for air temperature. What you described ties them together, which is very odd.
