The Stabil Trak light goes on. I shut the car off then on, it will go away. When I look up the diag chat request to replace the EBCM. One thing I found in some live data I see as odd is the brake pedal position sensor voltage is reading 1.2v. My question is would the brake pedal position sensor set this code, or could there be more?

So, these are two different problems, The p0300 code can affect the traction control so we should get that fixed first.

C0561-77: This code relates to the Electronic Brake Control Module (EBCM).

P0300: This is a generic OBD-II code that indicates a random or multiple misfire detected.

I would start with an engine tune up including the spark plugs and ignition coils and then clear the codes. Here is a generic guide to help you step by step with instructions in the diagrams below to show you how on your car:

ACDelco 41-121: This is the original equipment iridium spark plug recommended by General Motors

Clear the codes once completed which should fix the problem. I would service the throttle body as well.
