I have a test light

Point me in the right direction. I only know very little about cars, I can fix tires and oil change that is about it. I need details the fuse is fine the bulbs are fine it is not either one, but the rear brake and blinker does not work. All other rear lights work high, right and all left.

Have a mechanic scan for codes. The rear light module which controls all the lights in rear may be bad and not allowing lights to work. It is in trunk right hand side.
