car stalls at idle/stops.and won't restart

2003 MITSUBISHI DIAMANTE
147,065 MILES • 3.5L • 6 CYL • FWD • AUTOMATIC

I have a intermittent stalling problem, car cuts off at idle/stops. It will only restart and stay running if you turn the heat off if you leave the heat on it will start and than cut right off. Weather does not make any difference.

clean your battery cable ends and clean battery to body ground first.

Battery is new and cables are clean and grounds good.

Try cleaning the throttle plate on both sides and iac hole with choke cleaner otherwise have a local pro look at it.
