Hello I'm Tom,
I will give you a hand seeing what is happening with your car. I always like to find out how and when an problem arises. Did this come clear out of the blue first drive one morning and it wasn't right or were you driving around an while driving it started to act up. from these codes and what your describing it seems to me the can bus not doing it job is where we should start. Here is the info on doing a general test on it. These bus connectors are know to get messed up from moisture and or corrosion. Your is located on the left front floor kick panel. Pull the panel off and do a good visual inspection.
If several fault codes regarding CAN communication have occurred, the following causes of the fault are likely
- Open circuit in voltage supply to the control modules involved
- Short circuit or open circuit of CAN wires
- Connector sleeves of the CAN bus
If CAN communication between control module ME motor electronics and at least one other control module is fault-free, there is no fault at the CAN element of the control module ME motor electronics. In this case proceed as follows:
- Read fault memory of control module to which there is a fault in the communication. If a CAN fault regarding communication with control module ME motor electronics is present in this control module, then first of all test CAN lines between the two control modules.
The transmission is probably confused and not knowing which gear to be in and your rough idle is actually the transmission getting the wrong info and in turn making the car shake. You need special tools to run through some of the tests, a volt meter and a signal scope. Some parts places have a loaner tool program that may be able to help. But for now check all the fuses and see if you have and moisture and corrosion on and near the bus.
Here is a useful article on checking fuses. There are fuse blocks in both sides of the rear engine compartment, one in the inside at the left kick panel and there's one in the truck also the right side panel. Check all the fuses your find and we can ID it if one is bad.

Let me know what you find
