vibrating noise and clunk

my car works awesome until i start to drive on the highway over sixty five mph then
i hear very annoying vibrating sounds comes from the front cover or from the dashboard. When it is windy weather the noise start from forty five mph.
i tried many guys they could not find out why it sounds like this.
if any one can help.

You have not really included anything that can help to make a diagnosis, but given that you have already had other people look at it, an elusive cause to consider is the electric radiator fan. Forty five mph is right in the speed range of where they will start to spin from the air flow blowing through the blades. That sets up a squeal or moaning sound that stops before the car slows down to a stop. It is caused by worn bearings. To verify this, tie up the blade so it cannot spin. Drive only at highway speed so natural air flow is sufficient to keep the engine from overheating.
