Sorry, there is no way to disable that system without disabling the entire vehicle as the E-Loop is not only part of the braking system but part of the charging system for the vehicle. Turning it off would also shut down the vehicles electrical system. It's not a real safety issue though as you wouldn't be near the system for normal maintenance items, and if the system does need service the information is in the material the mechanic can access on how to safely work on it.
