That looks like a vent hose but can you get a couple more pictures from a little further away because I am having trouble orienting as to where this is? Also, it looks as though this has been altered because Nissan would not have used hoses in this way. It looks like someone used smaller vacuum hose to get this hose to stay in place. You can see there is a zip tie clip on one side but not on the other and that small hose that is put into the elbow is not cut straight.
Let's get a few more pictures and we can go from there. Thanks
