Belt broke now it is overheating

A belt in the engine started to squeak really loud and then I heard it snap off the car started losing power and overheating. Can you tell me which belt this is?

I attached the info on the belt. Before you install a new belt you need to try and turn each pulley and make sure none of them are seized because that is what it sounds like. The fact that you lost the belt is the reason you are seeing the issue you have now. So clearly we need to replace it but again if you have a pulley that is locked up, it will cause the new belt to break as well.
