What would cause my v6 engine to lose power when accelerating and shake like it wants to turn off? Note - That I already changed the spark plugs, spark plug wires, coil pack, and throttle body sensor

Could be low fuel pressure. Either rent a fuel pressure tester and check it or have a mechanic check it. With the key on and engine off, you should get 25-40 psi. With the engine running, you should get 30-50 psi. If you are not getting enough pressure, it could just be clogged fuel filter, or you could need a fuel pump. Let us know.
