I changed the fuel filter and unhooked some brake lines from the master cylinder in order to get to the fuel filter. It took longer than 20 minutes was able to get the old fuel filter out. Didn't leak much gas for what I expected it was almost 3/4 tank in there. Got the new fuel filter in there. The in house might be a little twisted or possibly crimped maybe in my effort to get it on. But in the end, I got everything hooked together as far as I know the battery, the fuse, the brake lines. I went to start my car and got no turnover at all. Lights up so it's not the battery it makes a little hum barely audible but doesn't turnover. Something electrical or could it be the fuel filter?

Did you remove the negative battery cable when doing to job? If so, I would reconnect it, also do the headlights come snice and bright? If not, I would say you have a battery that went bad, but to be sure here are two guides to go over to see if you can find the problem:

and

Please go over these guides and report back.

Starter wire came disconnected under the car reattached it and the car started. New problems. I tried to clean the MAF (with MAF spray) and throttle body (throttle body cleaner) and placed seafoam fuel injector cleaner in gas tank because the car kept shutting off when turning or remaining idle like at a light. So, I tried the cheapest way before taking it to a mechanic. The car attempted to start 3 times, the 4th time, and every time after for the last 8 hours has been a very low click like electric and no cranking. It won't start again.
