When fueling my truck it only allows a small amount in at a time?

I've been struggling with fueling my truck for the last few months. It'll only let me put a little in at a time. At times, after running the engine for 6-7 minutes, it'll let me slowly add while running the engine. At other times the fuel will come gurgling back out. Most of the time, I just keep a gas can on the truck and add until the filler neck hose is full, then let it find time to drain in when it wants to. What's my issue?

Good evening,

The canister vent solenoid is bad not opening and allowing air to escape during fueling.

I attached the procedure and the location for you of the valve.
