i am having problems with my car.

hi i have been having problems with my car and i have a grinding noise in my brakes that sounds completly bad once i come to a complete stop. can you please let me know what it is?

Most likely the brake linings are worn out and need to be replaced. A periodic brake system inspection will find this before it gets to grinding metal on metal. By now you can expect to also need new rotors, but fortunately they aren't as expensive as they were 20 years ago.

Have your mechanic check all four brakes. He will make a list of what is needed to return the system to safe operation.
