2008 Hyundai Tuscon exhaust bad smell

there is a bad smell when starting cold engine...also the bad smell continuse after engine becomes hot.

i changed the diesel bump and the fuel injector and catalytic converter ... but no trouble codes in high scan appeared!!

1-I need current data for this auto>
2- if you can explain the cause of the problem.
3- how to solv this problem

The only thing I can think if is a parial pluging of the converter.
