2004 Hyundai Tiburon Front Wheel Drive Manual 63000 miles

hello,

I had my car shipped from Chicago to Los Angeles and when my car arrived my emergency brake does not work at all. Before the car was shipped it was perfectly fine. My two questions are what do you think could have happened and how much do you think it will cost to repair? Thank you

If I had to guess, when someone applied the e-brake, they pulled hard enough to break the cable. Based on that theory, there is more than one cable. If I had to guess, I would say around 150 to 200 to repair.
