I was just wanting to know about what this means that my system is to lean on bank 1

Means that on bank one the o2 sensor has detected that you have too low of fuel to air ratio. Which is 14.1parts air: 1part fuel.

That can be from a vaccum leak after the o2 sensor. Dirty o2 sensor. Bad o2 sensor or exhaust leak before teh sensor.
