2003 Hyundai Tiburon Left front and rear turn signals stay

2003 Hyundai Tiburon 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

The drivers front and rear turn signals on my wife's 2003 Hyundai Tiburon stay lit up even when the car is shut off.
Is this a problem with the switch itself ? flasher ?other?

The passenger side flashes and shuts off no problem.

Any ideas ?
